In short: Edge Betting shows sports statistics and model estimates for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, it does not take bets, and it guarantees nothing. Premium is a $5.99 per month subscription with a 7-day free trial that renews automatically until you cancel.

1. What Edge Betting is

Edge Betting publishes statistics, odds that were available from third-party sportsbooks, and scores and projections produced by a statistical model. It is not gambling, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not accept or place bets. Links to a sportsbook open that company's own app or website, and any bet is placed with that company under its rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older, or the legal betting age where you live if it is higher, and you must follow the laws that apply to you. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. Do not use Edge Betting if you are under the legal age or if using it would be unlawful where you are.

3. Edge Premium subscription

Price. $5.99 per month, plus any taxes that apply. We will tell you in advance if the price changes, and the change applies from your next billing period.
Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged $5.99 on the day the trial ends, and then every month.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews every month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method each month.
How to cancel. Open Account in the app and choose Manage subscription, or follow the link in your receipt email, and cancel there. You can cancel at any time. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds. [REFUND POLICY: for example, "Payments are not refundable once a billing period starts, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days."]
Payment processing. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause Premium until it succeeds.

4. Your account

You sign in with a link we email to the address you subscribed with. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One subscription is for one person. Do not share, resell, or scrape Premium content.

5. No guarantees and no advice

Statistics, odds, injury information, scores, projections, parlays and results are provided "as is". They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and games are unpredictable. Nothing on Edge Betting guarantees a win, a profit or any result, and past results do not predict future results. Betting involves risk and you can lose money. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

6. Third parties

Edge Betting is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FanDuel, ESPN, the NFL or any team. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams, players and sportsbooks.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, bypass the subscription, copy or redistribute the data, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

We own Edge Betting and its design, model and compiled content. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from your use of Edge Betting, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

10. Changes and ending

We may change or discontinue features or these terms. If we make a material change we will notify you in the app or by email. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using Edge Betting and cancel at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [ARBITRATION / VENUE CLAUSE, if your lawyer recommends one.]
